This level 3 first line management diploma course is brought you by HRD Services Belfast in conjunction with ILM The Institute of Leadership and Management. The ILM FLM Programme offers students the opportunity to explore topics such as:

Description of activities/exercises:
You will complete workbook activities exploring the key areas requiring management in your organisation, through viewing multimedia and interactive learning presentations, reading textbooks and researching/studying management and leadership concepts and models using reliable websites online. All provided through the centre for your convenience.
You will submit a number of word processed assignment responses against set assessment criteria during the course. Your work will be marked by an experienced manager and tutor from industry, before feedback is offered using our state of the art learning management system.
The first line management diploma qualification consists of nine mandatory units with a combined credit value of 13 and optional units with a minimum total credit value of 2.
