Course Notes
This level 2 basic food safety course is an excellent alternative to the Royal Society for Public Health's basic food hygiene certificate. Study from home, work or in the classroom if you prefer to have a tutor present, alternatively study online with full tutor support via video conferencing software and e-mail.
On completion of an agreed period of study, students will take a short multiple choice test using state-of-the-art technology.
